Managing Your Environment

The first step to managing your print environment is our print assessment.  We document your current device usage, including brands, models, locations, job types, page usage, device age and life expectancy.  Data is collected electronically, using remote monitoring software, and is sent securely to Copygraphix.
 

During the assessment period we complete two physical walk-throughs or verifications.  Devices are mapped to floorplans that are used to give you an accurate visual of your current situation.

While this print assesment is free, we do ask for both parties to sign a Mutual Non Disclosure Agreement.
